:: Everything Everywhere All at Once ::
“Mycelium. Earth Sanctuary Blueprint” describes my journey to embody the change I know is possible
on this planet,
in this body,
in this lifetime.
While the mechanics of alchemizing and transmuting energy can seem complicated, the process of Creation is actually quite straightforward:
Frequency first.
Manifestation second.
What is the Heart Blueprint?
-Frequency Manifestation-
I’ve come to understand and appreciate the roles of the Body, the Mind, and the Heart working in tandem with one another.
To fully harness my creative power, I now understand a few key phases of manifestation.
(un)Ironically enough, these phases are similar to the forms of water (H2O). We can correlate these phases of water with 3 aspects of our (human) existence.
Here below I’ve listed 3 phases of manifestation, its corresponding water form, and a corresponding aspect of our human existence.
Manifest

Our 3D physical Body
Generate
Water
Our mind and emotive energies
Potential
Water Vapor_Steam
Expanded creative potential
When we think about the way energy manifests in these phases, we realize that even the densest, heaviest, most weighted iceberg frequencies are actually all mutable_changeable.
Whether it is frozen in glacier ice, moving through the sky as water vapor, or flowing through a stream as liquid - the nature of H2O molecules remain the same.
That is, there are 2 oxygen elements for every 1 hydrogen element. This doesn’t change no matter if it is ice, liquid, or vapor.
What changes is the vibrational state.
We can understand the principles of frequency manifestation in the same way we understand a law of physics:
“Energy cannot be created or destroyed. It can only be transferred.”
In order to build the kind of reality we wish to live in, we have to get that energy from somewhere.
In order to gain the energy we need to build a new world here on Earth, we have to transfer that energy from somewhere else.
We have to take the energy out of the old manifestation,
transmute or ‘free up’ the previous solid forms
into an expanded state,
to be reformatted,
and then put into a new mold
where it can shape the reality we desire to experience.
The Heart Center is the chamber where those energies are transmuted.
The Heart Blueprint provides the mold that re-shapes our reality.

The Heart Center is where our physical Hearts are located. We each have one, and we all have access to our own Heart Center. It is the Seat of Manifestation and Creation.
Being present to the Now Moment is our most direct pathway into the Heart Center. We bring our awareness to our breath and our focus into the middle of our chest.
It is why breathwork, breathing, and ‘following the breath’ are such foundational principles in so many traditional spiritual practices.
This is how we become fully present to what is arriving and arising in the Now Moment.
The Heart Center is the Now Moment chamber,
the gateway_portal,
the nexus point,
the convergence place,
where we are able to:
pull in what is held in resistance to our creative potential,
change its vibration into a more expanded state,
allow our Heart Blueprint to imprint onto these newly freed up energies
and then transmute this into physical form.
In every moment, we are constantly invited by our Heart Centers to
dismantle the old 3rd Dimensional Planetary Matrix_Grid and
realign these energies with 5th Dimensional frequencies.
Especially if we don’t like the ‘shape’ of our current experience, we are empowered to change this by bringing our awareness into the Heart.
As we do this, we take our awareness out of the Psychological Mind- with all of its analysis, associations, perceptions, ruminations,
…reaching into the past
……projecting into the future
………pulling us out of the Now Moment,
and we bring these energies into the Heart to be transmuted.
As we connect to our Heart Centers - as we seat ourselves fully in the Now Moment - we magnetize_receive the parts of Us that already exist on the 5D grid.
We pull our expanded Selves into ourselves here, in this body, during this lifetime, on this planet.
Everything we want to receive will manifest in the Now Moment.

Through the Heart gateway, within our physical body, we receive the Codes of Creation from the planet. Codes of Creation are the Earth’s blueprint for generating life experience in a planetary realm.
They are this planet's creative Matrix.
These Codes are what builds the Earth stage for us to exist and express.
We fuse these Codes of Creation with the Galactic frequencies given to us by our Sol_Star.
As the Heart Center repatterns old energies into new creations, they need a mechanism to actually manifest the new creation on the planet.
Our 3D physical forms embody the fusion of the Codes of Creation and Galactic frequencies.
While Galactic frequencies can and do offer exciting potential, those frequencies can’t translate into an Earth-based experience unless the planet itself provides it’s blueprint to translate those Galactic frequencies into a vibrational spectrum that is allowed to exist in the Earth plane.
And while those translated frequencies can and do exist in the Earth plane without our participation,
…doing their own things,
……regardless of what humanity may or may not be doing-
Our role as Creator Consciousness is to further translate those Galactic frequencies into the human experience so that humanity can be uplifted.

None of the Galactic or Planetary frequencies can play out through human experience unless there is a physical Body that is able to vibrationally attract and emanate those frequencies into the Earth plane.
Like the Galactic frequencies that need a planetary translation, there needs to be a human physicality existing within the Earth’s Time-Space to anchor in those translated frequencies for the benefit of humanity.
In order to build the kind of world we wish to see, we need to be vibrating at the same frequency as that potential. This includes the biophysical vibrations of our physical bodies.
Those frequencies held in potential need a place to “land”,
to incarnate,
to exist in the physical plane.
The Earth generates connection points, we are the connectors.
This is the starring role of our physical Body.

Feeling the potential in our Heart and seeing this potential with our Mind’s eye are crucial steps toward manifestation, but these steps alone aren’t enough to create a visceral experience of these energies in the physical plane.
Remember: Frequency first. Manifestation second.
In addition to holding our genetic blueprint, the Body is also the storehouse for energies the Mind simply cannot process.
This is especially true for those of us who experience intergenerational traumas and traumas occurred during this lifetime.
Our Body remembers even when our Mind doesn’t_can’t_wont.
While there are many experts in many fields of understanding the way trauma imprints onto the nervous system and brain, one Truth remains clear: if the trauma can be imprinted, then so can the healing.
Heart Center awareness allows us to work directly with our own bodies, giving us prime access to rewiring our own nervous system.
We can give the Heart Blueprint permission to rewire and reconnect our neurons, neural pathways, neural bundles, and neural nets.
As Master Consciousness Creators, we use the vibrational frequencies held in our Heart Blueprint to raise the vibrations of our own bodies.
If the pain can be impressed onto the neural networks, so can the frequencies of wellbeing, health, safety, love, and joy.
The neurobiology of pain and suffering is absolutely reversible. There are actions within our grasps in each moment to
reclaim,
rewire,
repattern,
reprogram.
As we allow the Body to release what energies are frozen in tension and blockage, those energies are ours to alchemize and transmute into new creation.
This is energy for us to create the life experience our Heart has for us.
————Mind————
The mind is our Tool of Creation.
It’s also where our Ego (our Psychological Mind) sits. In order to access the Mind as Tool of Creation, we need to integrate_restructure the Psychological Mind.
In Indigenous advocacy_education realms, this can be understood as “decolonizing the mind”.
We use our conscious willpower to bypass the Psychological Mind, and all its accompanying neural misfires.
The goal of our Psychological Mind is as simple as it is powerful: it is to keep you in its 'known zone’.
To keep you around what is ‘familiar’- even when we recognize that what is ‘familiar’ to us is actually quite harmful.
This fulfills an important role in 3D physical incarnation - the Minds keeps the full awareness of ourselves as Creators at bay so we can be allowed to experience an existence within Time-Space.
If we knew ourselves to be powerful Creators throughout every cell in our fabric of Being, then there would be no need for a Body, no need for a Brain.
We would cease to exist in this form because we would exist in the Truth of our Selves as Creators.
The function of our Mind is to keep us from fully recognizing that we are more than our 3D physical_egoic self.
It’s role is to maintain our experience of
existing in a body,
moving through time,
oriented in space.
So our goal here isn’t to deny, reject, or lament the Mind_brain. Our goal is to recognize our Mind is a tool that shows us what is held in resistance to our highest creative potential.
Every thought, every sensation, every feeling, everything we perceive through our Being here on Earth is all energy we can reclaim, recycle, and reuse for our creation.
It is vital to recognize that our Mind is not our adversary. It is a powerful mechanism that is intentionally designed to maintain our existence within Space-Time here on Earth.
We only need to remember how to use this complex Tool to its fullest potential.
This is our Mastery.

So how do we “bypass” the psychological Mind and “integrate” the Mind as a Tool at the same time? Isn’t this contradictory?
It is contradictory until it isn’t.
The key to reconciling this contradiction is through Love and Acceptance.
Authentic Positivity.
Here is what I mean: when we Love and Accept what is occurring in our thoughts, perceptions, projections, interpretations, etc, both of these things happen simultaneously:
we integrate the Psychological Mind by loving and accepting what it is showing us
we bypass the storylines of the Psychological Minds by going right into the Heart Center.
As the Mind itself becomes imprinted with the Heart Blueprint- we effectively transform the Psychological Mind into the Mind as a Tool of Creation.
Until we learn to master this practice, it is likely we will switch back and forth between those states.
And that’s ok.
Authenticity is the key here. We don’t have to pretend we are ok when we aren’t. We only have to
“love and accept the part of me that feels [x]”
“love and accept the part of me that experiences [y]”
“love and accept the part of me that thinks [z]”
“love and accept the part of me that creates [a]”
When we face ourselves with authenticity, we bring all of the energy of all of our aspects back into alignment with our Selves.
When these aspects come back into alignment with our expanded Selves, we can tap into the raw energy of these aspects.
This raw energy is the Creative Potential_Power that we use to activate and energize our Heart Blueprint.
Developing this skill is like a muscle. It takes discipline and consistency.
Just as the body doesn’t transform into bodybuilder physique from 1 gym session. Just like our teeth don’t remain healthy from one trip to the dentist.
So, too, do our brains_nervous systems need time and consistency to adjust to the routine.
So, too, does the mind need time to cultivate this discipline.
This cultivation process is all the energy that we need to create the new reality we wish to experience here on Earth.
